How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders may be cancelled within two hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us straight away by email.
How do returns work?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and include the original tags and packaging. To arrange a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping.
Can I exchange items?
Exchanges are offered for faulty or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us within 14 days to receive a prepaid return label.
