Shipping Costs

All orders currently qualify for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom. Should we expand to other regions in the future, any potential shipping charges will be clearly displayed based on the destination.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2:00 pm (GMT/BST) are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Orders submitted after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing times.

Delivery Times

For standard UK delivery, shipping usually takes 5–8 working days. Including handling time, the overall delivery estimate is approximately 6–10 working days. Unexpected delays, such as during peak seasons or due to external factors, may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Shipping Areas and Carriers

At present, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. Any future service expansions will be communicated here.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow the status of your delivery via our tracking page or directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Problems

If your order experiences a delay, arrives damaged, or fails to arrive, please reach out to our customer service team without delay. We will open an investigation with the shipping provider and ensure you receive either a replacement shipment or a refund.
