Refund policy
General Information
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following terms. This policy applies to both faulty and non-faulty products, including returns based on a change of mind.
Return Period
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that customised items and hygiene-sensitive goods (such as underwear) cannot be returned unless they remain unused and in their original packaging.
Condition of Products
Returned items must be in new or tried-on-only condition, suitable for resale, and must include all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as the order number or invoice) is required.

Return Costs
For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. In cases of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Return Procedure

Contact us at service@leslios.co within the return period, including your order number, the reason for return, and photos if relevant.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide authorisation and further instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Please note that unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for faulty or wrongly delivered products. Please contact us within 14 days to receive a prepaid return label. If you would like a different size or colour, we kindly ask you to place a new order and return the unwanted item separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within two hours of purchase, provided that the order has not already been shipped. Please reach out to us by email immediately.
Lost Shipments
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and work with you towards a suitable resolution.
