General Information

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following terms. This policy applies to both faulty and non-faulty products, including returns based on a change of mind.

Return Period

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that customized items and hygiene-sensitive goods (such as underwear) cannot be returned unless they remain unused and in their original packaging.

Condition of Products

Returned items must be in new or tried-on-only condition, suitable for resale, and must include all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as the order number or invoice) is required.

Return Costs

Refunds

Exchanges
